LCC Cares Cart

Here at Lutheran Church of the Cross, we know that our food pantry is near and dear to our hearts.  It is one way that we share God’s love with those in need.  In the distant past, we had a shopping cart in the narthex on Sundays allowing members and guests to bring in donations for the pantry.  While I am not sure why the practice was discontinued in the past, IT IS BACK.

Each Sunday, you will find our LCC Cares Cart in the narthex.  When you go grocery shopping, if you are able, grab a few items to share with the pantry.  While all items are appreciated, there are particular items that the leaders of our pantry have requested.  These are items that they are having difficulty getting from the Depository and are needed to keep the pantry going. Please note that this list may change from time to time as various needs arise. Thank you for your ongoing dedication to caring for all the beloved community.  ~ Katherine Ehlert, LCC Worship Minister
